3-Four lbs hen breast, cubed
Three peppers, colours of selection, quartered
2 giant zucchinis, quartered
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/Four cup rice wine vinegar
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs Italian seasoning
Place the kebab components in a big bowl. You’re going to want a fairly large bowl.
Add the marinade components and toss to mix. Let the combination sit at room temperature for a minimum of 30 minutes tossing each 10 minutes or so. Alternatively you may marinade in a single day lined within the fridge.
Alternate hen and 2-Three items of veggies repeating till you’ve got about 3-Four items of hen on every skewer. Repeat till you’ve got run out of veggies and hen. I bought 10 skewers.
As soon as your grill is prepared place skewers within the grill and cook dinner on either side for 4-5 minutes relying on how far you’ve got positioned the grill grate from the warmth.
