2 cups frozen berries
½ cup plain yogurt (low-fat, greek, or full fats)
2 tablespoons honey
1 tsp lemon or vanilla (non-obligatory)
In your meals processor or blender, add frozen berries, yogurt, and honey. Mix for two minutes or till the combination is creamy.
Serve comfortable or switch to an hermetic freezable container and freeze for at the least three hours or in a single day. Retailer it within the freezer for as much as 2 weeks.
