Scorching miso broth, sautéed bok choy, chilly smoked duck slices and watercress.
A meal impressed by the Korean film titled “Little Forest.” Such a gem. This meal is balanced, scrumptious and made with elements that aren’t loud…We simply get pleasure from them for what they’re.
Miso is of course earthy/smokey, I merely mixed 1tbsp white miso paste with 2 cups do-it-yourself simmering hen broth (For this, I add the carcass of a roasted hen and Four garlic cloves + 4-6 cups water to an instantaneous pot and cook dinner for three hours on excessive stress). Sauté the bok choy leaves and plate it within the middle of a giant bowl, then add sliced smoked duck and cress, pour the broth in – A sprinkle of bonito furikake can’t damage both. #thedaleyplate #eattheworld
