Tteok (Mochi) made with candy rice flour and kabocha. For the filling I cooked down recent persimmon and steamed kabocha squash. Often these are stuffed with candy crimson bean paste and known as Chapssaltteok in Korea, however my filling is extra on the fusion facet so I am unsure. I will simply name them scrumptious. #thisisfall [The original recipe using only a pumpkin filling is by @thewoksoflife – Check it out!] PS: Children LOVE making these so it could possibly be an excellent Fall Cooking challenge! 🍂
